What technicians can do on each stop
Technicians can open the app and see exactly where to go that day, with all the context they need at the stop. They can follow daily routes, complete customizable checklists with required photos, enter readings, use Orenda calculations for dosages, send on-the-way texts, and move stops on the fly. Because repair history is in hand right in the app, the same flow works whether the stop is a residential pool or a larger commercial site.
Admin control and offline coverage
Admins aren't limited to the desk — from the mobile app you can view the Route Dashboard to see each tech's completed stops and estimated end time, reach the route optimizer, and reassign an unfinished route to another person or day if someone calls in sick. The app also works offline so you can keep servicing and capturing data in areas with poor signal, and it syncs automatically once connectivity returns.
