Both Marketing Suite Reviews and Skimmer’s service feedback collect feedback from your customers, though the goal is different. Marketing Suite Reviews drive public Google reviews to build your reputation and win new business. Skimmer’s service feedback collects private feedback that only your team sees, so you can catch a problem early. You can learn more about the distinction between these on the blog.
