Automatic Upgrade
On March 20, 2025, all accounts currently on the Classic tier will automatically transition to the Scaling Up tier. No action is required to initiate this change.
Pricing
- The standard rate for Scaling Up with the legacy QBO export integration is $3 per serviced location, with a $147 monthly minimum for up to 49 serviced locations.
- A discounted rate of $1.50 per serviced location will apply if you activate and begin processing payments through Skimmer Billing by April 20, 2025. This discounted rate will take effect starting with your first invoice after March 20, 2025.
- If you choose not to process payments through Skimmer Billing, and continue to use the Legacy QBO export integration the standard $3 per serviced location rate will apply starting April 20, 2025.
- You will be required to opt-out of receiving the legacy QBO export, please contact Skimmer support before April 20, 2025, at support@getskimmer.com to prevent the standard $3 per serviced location rate going into effect after that date.
Features
The Scaling Up tier includes all features currently available in the Classic tier, plus:
- Increased photo upload capacity
- Unlimited free service texts
- Future releases to be added
Billing Adjustments
- Your account billing will reflect the new rate based on the conditions outlined above.
- Any changes to your usage or billing after March 20, 2025, will be subject to the terms of the Scaling Up tier.
Eligibility for Discounts
To qualify for the discounted rate of $1.50 per serviced location:
- You must activate and begin processing payments through Skimmer Billing by April 20, 2025.
- You must process at least 40% of your transactions through Skimmer Billing per month.
- This percentage is calculated by dividing the number of transactions processed through Skimmer Payments by the total number of locations serviced in the previous 30 days.
- Continued use of Skimmer Billing is required to maintain the discounted rate.
No Retroactive Adjustments
Any updates or changes made to your account after April 20, 2025, will not be eligible for retroactive adjustments to billing rates or discounts.
