Trade show season is one of our favorite times of year, because we get to meet pool pros face to face—swap stories, talk shop, and dig into what’s working (and what’s driving you nuts) out in the field.

If you’re heading to any of these events in January through March, make plans to stop by and say hi. Here’s where Skimmer will be this season:

January 2026

Mid America Show | Indianapolis, IN

January 13–15, 2026 | Lucas Oil Stadium
https://midampool.com

The Mid America Show brings together pool professionals from across the Midwest. Hosted inside Lucas Oil Stadium, it’s an event with plenty of energy and opportunity. Skimmer will be there to connect with companies looking to scale their service operations.

Southeast Show | Nashville, TN

January 21–23, 2026 | Music City Center Hall A

This Nashville event is quickly becoming a staple for pool service businesses in the Southeast. Skimmer will be there to showcase our software and talk with pros about how to save time and boost profitability.

The Pool & Spa Show (NESPA) | Atlantic City, NJ

January 27–29, 2026 | Atlantic City Convention Center
https://www.thepoolspashow.com

Hosted by NESPA, this Atlantic City show is one of the premier events for service pros in the Northeast. Visit us on the show floor to see how Skimmer makes business management simple and stress-free.

February 2026

March 2026

Hosted by the Florida Swimming Pool Association, this show lives up to its name with a wide range of education and networking opportunities. Skimmer will be there to meet with Florida-based pros and show how our software helps streamline every aspect of service operations.

Why stop by the skimmer booth (and yes—there’s a giveaway)

Trade shows are packed, your time is limited, and you’re probably juggling a hundred conversations. If you carve out a few minutes to visit Skimmer, you should walk away with more than a brochure and a sticker.

When you stop by our booth, you’ll get practical, business-improving value—whether you’re ready to change systems this season or you’re only gathering ideas.

Get answers that actually fit your business

Most software demos stay high-level. We won’t. Tell us how you run your operation—weekly service, repairs, installs, retail + service, multiple crews, seasonal spikes, chems included or billed separately—and we’ll talk through what that looks like in Skimmer.

You can bring real questions like:

  • “How do I keep techs consistent across routes?”
  • “How do I reduce customer complaints without spending my whole day texting?”
  • “How do I stop losing money on underpriced stops or chem-heavy pools?”
  • “How do I make invoicing and payments less of a scramble?”

We’ll show you workflows that map to the way pool businesses operate in the real world.

See how to drive consistency (and fewer call-backs) across every route

Inconsistent service is expensive, between the extra drive time, re-visits, unhappy customers, and frustrated techs. At the booth, we’ll show how Skimmer helps you standardize what “done right” looks like:

  • Clear stop checklists and service tracking
  • Chemical readings and dosage notes tied to each visit
  • Photo documentation to back up what was performed
  • Service history that’s easy to pull up when questions come in

The goal: fewer “What happened at my pool?” calls and fewer “Go back and fix it” re-visits.

Learn how to make customers feel informed without creating more work for your team

Pool owners want visibility. The problem is that updates usually mean extra admin time or techs typing on their phones. We’ll show you how to deliver professional communication that’s fast for your team and reassuring for customers:

  • Digital service reports that summarize what was done
  • Readings and notes that build trust and reduce disputes
  • Shareable updates that keep homeowners in the loop

When customers feel informed, they complain less, trust you more, and stick around longer.

Find the fastest ways to get time back in the office

A lot of growth pain comes from admin overload: chasing down notes, patching together schedules, manually building invoices, tracking payments, and keeping everyone aligned. We’ll walk you through how Skimmer reduces the mess:

  • Cleaner scheduling and route organization
  • Less double-entry and fewer “Where is that info?” moments
  • Billing and payment workflows designed for service businesses
  • Reporting that helps you spot issues before they become fires

Even if you’re not switching tools today, you’ll leave with ideas to cut friction immediately.

Get a realistic view of what implementation looks like (and how to avoid rollout headaches)

Switching systems can feel risky. If that’s what’s holding you back, come talk to us. We’ll cover what matters:

  • How teams typically roll out Skimmer with minimal disruption
  • What data you can bring over, and how to think about cleanup
  • Common pitfalls (and how to avoid them) when training techs
  • What “success” looks like in the first 30–60 days

No vague promises. Just real talk, based on what we see pool pros do every day.

Stop by our booth for a chance to win a LaMotte SpinTouch!

If you’re attending any of the shows on our list, we’d love to meet you. Bring your questions, your pain points, and your goals for the season. We’ll help you leave the show floor with a clearer plan (and maybe a LaMotte SpinTouch, too).
