Click the Get Your Pass button, fill out the registration form, and validated Skimmer customers will receive a confirmation email within 48 business hours. The team will be in touch leading up to the event with the agenda, logistical details, and everything you need to show up ready. With only 250 passes available, we recommend registering as soon as you know you can attend.

When passes are gone, you'll be added to the waitlist and contacted directly if a spot opens up. 

If your plans change, please notify us by Wednesday, September 30th, at community@getskimmer.com. Because each pass covers meals, drinks, and event costs, cancellations received after that date will incur a $300 charge on your next invoice following the Pro Summit.

Yes. The Skimmer Pro Summit is an exclusive event for active Skimmer customers. Passes are complimentary as part of our commitment to helping you run and grow a successful business.

The Pro Summit agenda is designed for two people from your company: the owner and/or executives who leads the business strategy and operations, and the office admin or Skimmer champion who runs the platform day-to-day. Whether you're a solo operator or managing a team, just getting started with Skimmer or a long-time customer, there's value for each of you.

Each company receives two passes, one for the owner and one for the office admin (Skimmer champion). Attending together means you can split up across breakout sessions, and come back to the office ready to collaborate and share insights with your other team members. If you're part of a larger organization and need to request an additional pass, email community@getskimmer.com, and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Your pass, valued at $750, includes the following:

• Day 1: Afternoon snacks, beverages, and happy hour drinks
• Day 2: Continental breakfast, lunch, snacks, beverages, and the Skimmer Social closing party
• Access to all general sessions, hands-on Skimmer training, owner roundtables, plus the Product Discovery Showcase 
• NOTE: Lunch and dinner on Day 1 are on your own, a great excuse to explore the Riverwalk with fellow attendees

Both days are worth your time, and for larger companies, your two passes are designed to help your team members make the most of the experience together (owners, executives, admins).

On day 1, your team can book a dedicated 1:1 time with our Customer Success team. If you're a regular Skimmer user, don't miss the hands-on training sessions to sharpen your skills and discover new features and workflows. On day 2, all attendees dig into industry trends and business strategy in our general sessions. Then, owners and executives break out for a roundtable discussion while our group of admins (Skimmer champions) take part in a product ideation lab to help shape what we build in the future.

Keep in mind: one of the biggest benefits of attending is bringing back knowledge your whole team can benefit from.

No. The Skimmer Pro Summit is a live, in-person event. Sessions will not be recorded. The connections, conversations, and hands-on learning that make this event valuable happen in the room, and that's exactly the point.

San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is the closest airport, with direct flights available from most major cities. From the airport, the Marriott Riverwalk is typically a 15- to 20-minute taxi or rideshare ride, and you can expect to pay around $27-$39, depending on traffic and timing.

If you're driving, the hotel is easily accessible from major highways. Check out the parking details in the question below for rates and options.

We've secured a discounted room block at $234/night at the San Antonio Marriott Riverwalk, the event hotel, for your convenience. Book early; this rate won't last, and is subject to availability.

If you prefer nearby accommodations, there are several other hotels within walking distance. And if you're local, driving in for the day works too. Just plan ahead if you're staying for happy hour or the Skimmer Social closing party, and consider a rideshare so you can safely enjoy some drinks with everyone.

Parking is not included in your pass. The San Antonio Marriott Riverwalk offers valet parking at the following rates:

• Overnight guests: $60/night + tax
• Day guests (0-2 hrs): $27 + tax
• Day guests (2-6 hrs): $41 + tax
• Day guests (6+ hrs): $60 + tax
• No in/out privileges

There is also ample above-ground and garage parking available near the hotel at more affordable rates. We'll share specific options with registered attendees closer to the event.
